1. Asset Licensing

Purchasing an asset grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the model in your personal or commercial architectural projects. **Redistribution or resale of the raw digital files is strictly prohibited.**

2. Digital Refunds

Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final once a download link has been generated or the asset has been added to your library.

3. Dual Currency Pricing

Prices are listed in USD and NGN. The exchange rate is fixed per asset and is not subject to real-time market fluctuations unless updated by the MudMesh admin team.
